How are your art prints made and what kind of paper do you use?
All art prints are printed from my small home studio, using archival quality inks on Hahnemühle Photo Rag. This acid- and lignin-free 100% cotton paper produces vibrant prints with stunning pictorial depth, and is superior in strength and durability to wood pulp-based paper. It is specially designed to resist deterioration, and will last a very long time with proper care.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 1-3 days for production time. You will receive an email when your order has shipped, including a tracking number if one is available.
How are orders shipped?
A4 or A3 PRINTS
Domestic - Standard post with tracking (2-4 business days)
International - Standard post with tracking (10+ business days)
SMALL PRINTS & STICKERS
Domestic - Letter post, no tracking (2- 4 business days)
International - Letter post, no tracking (15-20 business days)
Depending on the size, orders will be sent inside a rigid envelope, tube mailer or padded mailer with a thick piece of board to protect it from moisture and creasing during the shipping process.

*18 JUNE 2023 DELIVERY UPDATE - Limited flights and services have caused delays for some international and interstate deliveries. That means longer than usual delivery times and customs restrictions. Please see this Destination Guide for details about shipping to your country.
In addtion, some countries are not currently accepting deliveries due to COVID-19 restrictions. You will be contacted and issued a refund if this occurrs.
Domestic orders:
Please allow 2-3 business days for deliveres within Sydney Metro areas to arrive from shipped date. And up to 6 days for country and interstate orders.
International orders:
Please allow 10-25 business days for orders to arrive from shipped date. Please be aware that additional Covid-19 related delays may still apply depending on your country. Click here for updates on International delivery delays.
